Sweetwater Cuisine is full service catering company.  The following service prices are based on a standard four hour event plus two hours set up and one hour breakdown.

Bartending Services:  $210.00

Kitchen Captain:  $160.00

Kitchen Assistant:  $140.00

Waitstaff:  $130.00

Event Captain:  $160.00

Service rates are adjusted according to the length of your event.  A minimum charge of five hours is charged.
