Mike and I just wanted to extend our thanks for the amazing job you and all your staff did catering our wedding. Everything was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious. Those Gourmet BLT's are incredible. Your staff was such a pleasure. Everyone on your team was so pleasant and we have received countless comments about how enjoyable the entire staff was to interact with. The gentleman taking care of Mike and I was so attentive and helpful the entire night! The tablescapes and presentation of everything was so beautiful. The evening exceeded everything we had pictured in our mind's eye.
You all do an excellent job and Mike and I hope that you extend our thanks and appreciation to your entire team. We will recommend you every opportunity we have!

John and I would like to express our deepest gratitude for the amazing job you did on our wedding reception. I am one bride that can actually say I had my dream wedding come true....completely. Every detail that I asked for was not only taken care of but done with the thoughtfulness and precision that I myself would have done it with. You both were great to work with and made me feel as though my biggest day was your as well. I know with out a doubt that working with Sweetwater Cuisine was the best decision that I made when planning my wedding. You were a hit! The BLT's and the shrimp and grits were raved about! No wonder they are your signature dishes. And the "Sweetwater" too was a hit. I asked someone what it was and they replied, "I don't know, but I've already had three glasses of it." The beef was ultra tender and the carrot souflee wonderful. Actually, everything was wonderful. Many asked for your card and we were happy to direct them to several that your staff had put out. And speaking of staff, Chelsea, Sean, and Heather were a pleasure to work with and left my kitchen spotless.
All in all, a wonderful evening and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Thank you for helping make it such a smashing success!

Sweetwater Cuisine is AMAZING!!!! Jodi and Kelly made our wedding unforgettable, six months later people are still talking about how incredible the food was! Words can't begin to describe just how beautiful the presentation was, how kind the staff members were to our guests and how perfect and stress free our over-all experience with them turned out. I have and will continue to recommend Sweetwater Cuisine to everyone I know. We made a lot of choices when it came to planning our wedding, but hands down hiring Sweetwater was the best decision we made. I can't begin to thank them enough for making our day so special and DELICIOUS!!! |
